The above property (outlined in blue and purple) totals 270 acres.  The part outlined in blue is 130 acres the part in purple is 140 acres.

It is in Athens County just southeast from Sharpsburg, south of State Route 550 and north of State Route 329.  Access can be gained from Marietta Run Rd.

The bucks pictured below were killed on this property in the 2022 archery season and the 2023 gun season.  

On it I have a gun hunt avaiable for the 2025 Ohio deer gun season for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 5 hunters @ $990.00 per hunter for the 7 day Ohio gun season.  If you only have 2 or 3 hunters you can choose to hunt the blue parcel or on the purple one, but not both. 

I have one archery hunt on the purple parcel for 2 or 3 hunters  @ $850.00 per hunter, you choose when you want to hunt.

I have a four day muzzle loader season hunt (early Jan. 2026) on the purple parcel for 2 or 3 hunters @ $750.00 per hunter.
